Looking at the trend, Heineken said that continuous efforts must be made to educate the targeted groups, especially farmers’ communities in rural area as well as small businesses and producers of local products, to adapt to the new normal digital lifestyle.
“The method has been proven to simplify their lives especially in this tough period of Movement Control Order (MCO),” he added.
Heineken, who was also the finalist in the Shell LiveWIRE Global Top Ten Innovators Award 2020, pointed out that he aims to educate more entrepreneurs in the use of Timogah to help them in marketing their products and ensuring the sustainability of the local food market.
The New Normal Digital Chat programme was organised by Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA) in collaboration with Angkatan Zaman Mansang Sarawak (AZAM Sarawak).
