INTRODUCTION
Sustainable development (SD) is a concern that cuts across all main aspects of our lives – politics, economy, social and environmental. While all pillars of SD are crucial, the urgency in addressing climate change today has asserted further, the environmental component of the SD agenda among communities worldwide. In addressing this issue, it is believed that youth participation today is critical to ensure long-term success in meeting the agenda goals. In line with this, AZAM, in partnership with the Islamic Information Centre (IIC) has launched its Go Green Generation! T-Shirt Design Challenge in conjunction with the National Level Environment Week this upcoming October.
