Angkatan Zaman Mansang (AZAM) Sarawak is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation which seeks to facilitate development efforts in Sarawak through promoting development communication.
To publish stories that captures the essence of progressiveness of our organisation as well as our stakeholders
To create a sustainable publication, hence AZAM decides to move our publication to become an E-Publication where our readers can enjoy content while we save the earth
To tell stories, but not just from our point of view, but alongside the view of the people of Sarawak
To contribute to national efforts to promote development consciousness and participation among the people, AZAM strives to achieve the following objectives:
AZAM’s target groups comprise community leaders, rural communities, youths and women, front liners and government servants, media practitioners, school children and the general public.
AZAM Sarawak had recently rebranded themselves after a change in management, and since then had introduced a new statement of purpose and vision. With the introduction of “Empowering Communities Through Effective Participatory Communication” as its new statement of purpose, and its new vision being “A Leader in Strategic Communication in Building a Thriving, Inclusive and Environmentally Sustainable Community.”
