AYS Toastmasters

The AZAM Young Souls Toastmasters Club, chartered on 27 June 2024 under Club Number CB-28677781, was established as part of AZAM Sarawak’s commitment to youth development and leadership empowerment. The club serves as a dynamic platform under the AZAM Young Souls (AYS) initiative, specifically designed to nurture confident, articulate, and visionary young leaders through public speaking and constructive feedback.

The club operates with a clear mission; to produce leaders who will go on to contribute to the development of Sarawak, and a vision; to be a club that promotes inclusivity and develops confident leaders through public speaking and constructive criticism.

The AZAM Young Souls Toastmasters Club reflects AZAM Sarawak’s youth-driven philosophy, “Grow The Youth, Grow Sarawak,” by offering young individuals the opportunity to sharpen their communication skills, intellectual clarity, and leadership mindset in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Furthermore, the club aligns strongly with AZAM Sarawak’s guiding spirit of “Movement for Progress”, striving to develop young leaders who are not only confident speakers, but also proactive agents of change, capable of contributing meaningfully to both their communities and to the broader progress of Sarawak.
