Twenty youths, comprising working graduates and students aged 22 to 35, attended a gamified career development training in Kuching on 12 March 2023 (Sunday)

The half day workshop, organised by AZAM Sarawak was conducted through a competitive simulation board game designed to help participants identify key career advancement skills, develop positive attitude and proactive behaviours, and promote personal well-being and emotional balance.

The workshop was the second training of its kind conducted by AZAM, the last one having taken place in November last year. Participants included youth from the private sector, government agencies, UCSI, MSU, the Sarawak Research Society, UNIMAS and Sarawak Metro SDN. BHD.

Under the leadership of En Mohd. Ariff Irwani, AZAM Youth Development Committee Chairman, the workshop this weekend was also a platform to promote volunteering among youths under the AZAM Young Souls (AYS) programme.

AZAM youth volunteers are catergorised as AYS Digital, AYS Communication, AYS Green, AYS Creative and AYS Career Development based on Sarawak’s current development priorities.

The public can use AZAM Sarawak’s social media to gain further insights into the activities.
